MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
The use of the À LA CARTE REWARDS membership and vouchers constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
The À LA CARTE REWARDS membership must be presented by stating the membership number or registered mobile number for stated rebates earning, rebates redemption, discounts and other privileges to be deemed valid.
Any prevailing service charges and/or government taxes still apply.
À LA CARTE REWARDS privileges are not extended to Tentsuru restaurant at The St. Regis Singapore.
MEMBERSHIP AND E-VOUCHERS
The membership is strictly non-transferable and any privileges from the membership are exclusive to the member.
The member must produce a valid membership and/or present the e-voucher(s) for validation by the outlets’ staff to enjoy the intended privileges.
Membership privileges and e-vouchers are limited to usage from one membership account per dining party, table or reservation. Usage of privileges and e-vouchers from multiple memberships will not be accepted for group bookings.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND BENEFITS
For Gold and Platinum tier members, the complimentary glass of sparkling/wine in each session is valid with a minimum purchase of 1 main meal/buffet order for one person only. Valid for dine-in only.
Gold tier members are entitled to free corkage on the 1st bottle of wine/spirit brought in with the purchase of one bottle of wine/spirit from the respective outlet. Please speak with the outlet staff for the prevailing rates.
Platinum tier members are entitled to free corkage on the 1st bottle of wine/spirit brought in. The member is also entitled to free corkage on the 2nd bottle of wine/spirit brought in, provided that one bottle of wine/spirit is purchased from the respective outlet. Please speak with the outlet staff for the prevailing rates.
Priority upgrades to private rooms where applicable, are subject to availability with minimum spending required.
The complimentary drink under birthday treats for Gold and Platinum tier members are applicable only to the birthday celebrant and is valid for dine-in only.
EARNING AND REDEMPTION OF REBATES
Each transaction for the earning/redemption of rebates can only be accorded to/ redeemed from one membership account. Two membership accounts cannot be combined to earn/redeem rebates.
Rebates can only be accorded to/redeemed from one membership account per bill. Only one bill per dining party is allowed.
Rebates will only be accorded to the membership account after payment settlement.
The rebates earned in a transaction, cannot be used to offset the bill in that same transaction. Rebates can only be used to offset the bill on the next visit.
Dining discounts can be used in conjunction with rebates redemption OR cash vouchers unless otherwise stated in the intended voucher’s terms and conditions.
Rebates redemption can be used in conjunction with dining discounts OR cash vouchers unless otherwise stated in the intended voucher’s terms and conditions.
Cash vouchers can be used in conjunction with dining discounts OR rebate redemption unless otherwise stated in the intended voucher’s terms and conditions.
À LA CARTE REWARDS privileges and rebates cannot be exchanged for cash.
À LA CARTE REWARDS rebates may be earned/redeemed in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges unless expressly stated.
À LA CARTE REWARDS rebates cannot be earned or redeemed for hotel accommodation bookings.
Upgrade to the next membership tier will be determined by the member’s total nett spend (not inclusive of taxes and service charges) across all applicable outlets, within a 12-month period from the start of the current membership tier.
À LA CARTE REWARDS rebates will be valid for one year from the start of each membership cycle. The validity of rebates will strictly not be extended.
Members will be upgraded to Gold tier with a minimum spend of $688 (excluding any taxes and service charges) at all applicable outlets, within a 12-month period from their sign-up date as an À LA CARTE REWARDS Silver tier member.
If the member has not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained as a Gold tier member during the qualifying period, the member will be downgraded to Silver tier.
Members will be upgraded to Platinum tier with a minimum spend of $1,688 (excluding any taxes and service charge) at all applicable outlets, within a 12-month period from their commencement as a Gold tier member.
If the member has not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained as a Platinum tier member during the qualifying period, the member will be downgraded to Gold or Silver tier, depending on their spend during the qualifying period.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to amend any of the terms relating to the membership tiers at its sole and absolute discretion.
RESTRICTION OF USAGE
À LA CARTE REWARDS dining vouchers (unless otherwise stated) are valid all year round except for (including but not limited) the following days: Members’ Night, Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, eve of and first three days of Lunar New Year.
With respect to Hua Ting Restaurant, Grand Shanghai and Tien Court Restaurant: À LA CARTE REWARDS vouchers are not valid for the eve and the first 15 days of Lunar New Year, and are also not applicable on eve of and Public Holidays (including all Public Holidays observed in lieu) at Hua Ting Restaurant.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to amend and modify any and all of the terms and conditions on the À LA CARTE REWARDS website.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to include/exclude any benefits/privileges, any participating outlets during the course of the membership programme at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY
The member understands and agree that information they provide for your membership registration and in relation to the use of their membership will be handled by Millennium’s hotels and participating outlets and M&C Reservations Services Limited [“MCRSL”; a subsidiary within the Millennium Hotels and Resorts group (“MHR Group”)], each as a data controller, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including, without limitation, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) and the MHR Group’s Privacy Policy (a copy of which can be provided upon request and is available at: https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/governance-and-corporate-responsibility/corporate-responsibility/#/ .
If any corrections to the member’s information are requested, members are to send an e-mail to member@alacarte.com.sg
The information may be used by the outlets, and may be transferred to the MHR Group and third parties engaged by the MHR Group (both within and outside Singapore or the jurisdiction with which the information given), for the purposes of managing and fulfilling the membership and its privileges; communication matters relating to the membership (such as follow-up queries and surveys); for the MHR Group’s internal auditing and reporting purposes; otherwise managing the business relationship with the member; and such other purposes permitted by applicable law. The MHR Group’s Privacy Policy (as may be amended, supplemented or substituted from time to time) is incorporated by reference into and form part of these terms. For more information about the third parties with whom MHR Group shares the member’s personal data, to refer to the agreement(s) and/or terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy that govern MHR Groups’ relationship with the members.
